Board of Directors
Family Service Association is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors and managed by the President/CEO. Dom Betro has served as the President/CEO since 1985.The Board is led by the Executive Committee, which is formed by the Board Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and two Vice Chairs. The President/CEO participates in all Board meetings, but has no vote. The Board of Directors governs Family Service under its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
Judge Paul Zellerbach began a second two-year term as Chair of the FSA board in July 2005, thirteen years after he joined the board. Serving with him as officers of the board are Vice Chairs Kitty Huang and Carla Lidner; Secretary Jeff Rajcic, and Treasurer Tim Streeter. Three of the present board members have previously served as Chair, providing valuable experience for the organization: Irv Hendrick, Paul Jensen, and John Thomas.

In addition, the modern day (post 1985) mission of strengthening communities as well as families has resulted in Family Service offering dynamic and valuable human and social service programs to benefit families and communities throughout western Riverside County.
